Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory.This particular version features a new (to us) hop called Idaho Gem (not to be confused with Idaho 7). We taste big candy sweetness with layers of guava, citrus and grapefruit.
