Introducing Zombie Walker - Barrel-aged Roundhouse, a completely transformed beer from its predecessor. This new creation is notably sour with an intense Brettanomyces (Bretty) flavor and aroma, reminiscent of bourbon. We took one of our high ABV beers and aged it to perfection. Unlike the original Roundhouse, which boasted West Coast vibes with citrus, floral, and pine aromas, Zombie Walker is a unique experience. The amber pour remains, but the flavour profile has shifted dramatically. Expect a bold, sour punch and the complex, funky character of Brett, complemented by hints of bourbon, creating a truly distinctive beer.
