DE LA! named in honour of one of our favourite groups - we listen to a lot of their music throughout the processes here - and we thought it would be cool to name a classic west coast inspired pale ale after a group we have a lot of respect & fandom for. Fermented with two very different yeasts at different parts of the process - we find this beer to have a light sweetness, medium body, nose full of classic aroma hops with a creamy body, and a light bitter finish to help balance out the sweetness and fruit. Dry hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Galaxy and Idaho 7 hops. Cheers!
