Well, we just had to bring back a big ol’ IIIPA at some point in this series!A tight malt base provides the support, with US Centennial hops and Cascade Salvo hop extract bringing the dank and citrus. Then, additions of CryoPop, Freestyle Hops’ Kohia Nelson Blend, and their Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade SubZero HopKief deliver a massive punch of fruitiness to the aroma and mid-palate.Probably not a great idea to go for a skate afterwards, though.
