Isar Pilsner

In our continuing love affair with european style lagers comes Isar Pilsner, a crisp beer dry-hopped minimally with the noble varieties, Hallertau and Saaz. These hops work to impart the characteristic herbal and floral aromatics traditionally associated with old world pilsners, and to compliment those subtle elements we kept the bitterness in a medium range -- slightly higher than our Paper Tiger, but not quite as bitter as Bellweiser.
