Bitter Pilot

Bitter Pilot is the first release from the brewery. It's an organic IPA that borrows the best from both worlds. A solid bitterness known from West Coast IPA's paired with a creamy malt body and double up on the dry hops known from East Coast IPA's / NEIPA's. Expect dominant flavors of tangerine, citrus and tropical fruit balanced by a creamy yet medium dry malt body finished off with a refreshing bitter bite. The beer is unfiltered and hazy. Cheers
