Pale Sour Aged in Wine Barrels with Plums AddedBottle Release 11/23 - 2021 Wood/Founders Club ExclusiveThis series is our canvas for fruit harvested during the annual growing season. This entry combines red and black plums from Washington state. For the base, we blended batches of pale and golden sour each aged more than a year in wine barrels. Plum is subtle and varied compared to other stone fruits, and as a result integrates into beer without overwhelming.
