Saison Manzanilla is our Belgian style farmhouse beer with whole Manzanilla(Chamomile) flower additions in the Kettle after the boil as well as an infusion addition after primary fermentation. Aroma and flavor is a blend of our house mixed yeast/brett culture that give notes of citrus fruit that blends nicely with the sweet floral character of the manzanilla. 100% Belgian Pilsen malt and continental hops. Dry and refreshing with a sweet floral touch.
