Inertia is full bodied, rich and extremely rewarding. Bittersweet dark chocolate aromas combine with caramelised Muscovado sugar to give a full, creamy mouthfeel. This is balanced perfectly by a Trappist yeast, adding an element of Belgian sophistication.
