We’re excited to unveil our first collaboration with @InVitroBrewing, brewed in honor of their 5th anniversary. In true Gravity style, we've crafted an imperial for this special occasion!The Unhealer is a new high-ABV version of one of InVitro’s most renowned creations, The Healer, a Foreign Extra stout with a Black IPA twist thanks to its hop-forward profile.Working closely with Tomi, we’ve taken the recipe a step further by balancing the rich chocolate and coffee notes of a Gravity imperial stout with the original’s hoppy backbone. This results in a robust yet crisp stout that’s incredibly sessionable for an 11% beer!
