An American Golden sour fermented 6 months on old oak barrels with our unique blend of lactic acid bacteria and Brettanomyces. An addition of 350 grams per litre of Prunus persica var. platycarpais aka White saturn peaches gives a soft and elegant fruity touch to the otherwise quite sour beer.
