Our flagship hazy IPA brings the fog - a saturated haze from a high percentage of protein malts, a heavy dose of hops, and our favorite yeast from Omega. Wheat, flaked oats and malted oats make up a large portion of the grist, laying a foundation for a juicy body and good head retention. A cool whirlpool is loaded with over 1#/bbl of Idaho 7 and Citra hops for intense citrus flavors. Finally, with over 4#/bbl of Citra and El Dorado, Fogbringer is incredibly juicy with blasts of pineapple, orange marmalade, and sweet stone fruit.
