2021 - Our "Of the Village" ciders are made apples and other fruits sourced from our friends in the neighborhood. Friends with Pommes I is made from a variety of heirloom and cider apples sourced from Podrum Farm, an abandoned orchard in the beautiful Oley Valley in southeastern Pennsylvania. House-pressed on our 125 year old press, this cider is funky, earthy, and tannic, and just may be what cider used to taste like in the area many moons ago.
