Introducing our own style based on the Cold IPA.White Shirt & Blue jeans is our affectionately named style - C.R.I.S.P IPA that benefits from our clean fermenting yeast and the cold conditioning time profile we normally reserve for our lager. We developed this recipe with the goal of making a crispy, clean malt beer that is hop forward to allow the hops to be the star of the show.Hop forward aromas of tropical fruit, citrus & apricot followed by flavours of passionfruit, grapefruit and a hint of resinous pine. A firm bitterness and dry finish ensures this Crisp IPA is a summer quencher.Crispy, clean and styled on point - Just like the iconic White Shirt & Blue Jeans
