Our collaboration with Streetside Brewery is a thoughtful blend of barrel aged stout with vanilla beans added. The crew from Streetside brought New Riff Malted Rye Whiskey barrels to brew day, and we knew right away that some Laird's Apple Brandy barrels, that just came in, would be the perfect companion. The finished stout is complex and elegant with notes of fudge, and fresh roasted coffee beans, with big waves of vanilla that were complimented by and addition of Tanzanian vanilla beans.
