A triple IPA, oh my! This big giant IPA takes advantage of a simple but big malt bill that brings a nice sweetness that we balanced out with an avalanche of hops. Then we double dry-hopped this beast, first with Simcoe and Centennial, then with more Simcoe and Columbus for good measure! With Piney/Sappy/Tropical notes throughout, and more sap and grapefruit that creeps through to the finish, this beer will leave you feeling jolly for sure!
