Paradis Perdue is an unfiltered hard cider aged 4-6 months in Jamaican rum barrels. After aging in the barrel. the cider was moved on to healthy amounts of toasted coconut. We taste oak vanilla, tropical pear flesh, tangerine syrup, and coconut cream.
