Aunty Jacks' take on great summer drinking, this lands somewhere between a Belgian Wheat beer and a Summer Ale. Generous use of wheat malt gives a glorious, cloudy yellow colour with creamy white head atop. Spiced with Bitter Orange Peel and a local Lemon Balm, the herbal note is subtle and the citrus finish long. Faint orangey hops play a supporting role as the beer calms the soul - inviting another sip.
