This SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) brew sees New Zealand Pilsener malt combined with American Simcoe hops. Based on the pre-Prohibition American Pilsener style, this one sees us up the ante a little to give alcoholic richness coupled with preserved lemons, pine needles and subtle herbal notes. Smooth as!
