For this take on our imperial stout with cold brewed coffee, Night & Day, we added toasted pecans and Madagascar Vanilla Beans to bring out and showcase the roasted and nutty nuances of the base beer.Out of the bottle, this beer pours a opaque black with a foamy mocha head and emits sweet aromatics of melted chocolate, freshly baked brown sugar cookies, dried fruit, and enticing dark coffee. Decadent chocolate covered turtles, pecan pralines, and toffee-nut brownies layer the palate with luxurious and rich flavors underpinned by smooth, rounded coffee presence. With a thick yet soft mouthfeel and velvety carbonation Vanilla and Toasted Pecan Night & Day has a roasty and balanced finish.
