7 different Malts were used to create this deep red almost black beauty. With aromas of caramel, toffee, prune, stone fruit and smoke. We use Panela sugar sourced from Colombia, Dark candi sugar from Belgium and Apple Wood Smoked Malt, to create a beer special and complex. A beer to be enjoyed at the moment or better yet give a year to develop.
