Kviek As A Flash DIPA is the first beer we’ve brewed using Kviek yeast. This ancient Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain ferments at a higher temperature and produces tasty tropical fruit esters. We’ve complimented these with a dry hop of Citra and Vic Secret to round off the flavour profile. Our label features wooden Kviek yeast rings, which were used to store the yeast in between brews.
