This imperial red ale has been imprisoned in a Pedro Ximénez sherry barrel for 14 months – and it’s finally time for its daring escape.Rich chewy caramel notes come from the malt bill of this beer, which includes Crystal 150 and Carabelge. Columbus, Centennial and Cascade hops in the whirlpool impart even more flavour. Finally, Crimson Corsair was locked away in barrel to pick up sweet sherry and warming oaky notes.
