A complex barrel aged golden sour, wild fermented using chardonnay juice from Witches Falls Winery and aged in ex-white wine barrels for 9 months. Vibrant fruit aromas of apricot, fig & berry with a distinct dry oaked chardonnay finish and a tart firm acidity.
