Having had success with Sacc Trois yeast strain before, I thought I'd make a different IPA than my usual New England styles.While it is still citrusy, super cloudy and possessing a creamy body, the yeast gives interesting Belgian notes that make this a new style of IPA: Farmhouse IPA.Do not go into this expecting a traditional IPA. Open your mind and broaden your pallet to the endless creativity that is craft beer.
