FRACTAL LOOPS

Описание

The first Helles style lager of the year sees a few tweaks from last years Fractal Shade. We wanted to alter the balance a little in favour of malt character and to that end we have added a touch of Vienna malt to the German Pilsner malt base to intensify the bready notes. All of the hopping was moved to earlier in the boil too to really allow the lagered malt character to shine. A dry finish with a hopping rate that is just there to provide balance make this an incredibly drinkable beer.
