Acres of the Mind is a witbier infused with sweet orange, coriander seed, and chamomile flowers, and aged in oak barrels for three years with our house culture.Acres of the Mind has the aroma of a wood cellar filled with drying orange peel. The flavour has a bright citrusy punch, a brush of complex acid, and herbaceous oak, with a dry, cleansing finish reminiscent of Aperol Spritz.
