In honour of Shavuot, we decided it's time to reclaim this holiday holiday, the festival of harvest, and we brewed a beer with all of the seven species! The most saison-y saison beer there is, with a twist: wheat, barley, grape leaves and olive leaves, pomegranate, silan, and dates, with salt!
