A nod to where it all began. Of all the beers brewed by Heavy Industry Brewing, where Max and Andy both started their brewing careers, none is still talked bout more fondly than Pigeon Toed Orange Peel, a zesty, fruity wheat beer in the Hefeweisen style, but with that trademark Heavy Industry twist.With Heavy Industry's beers sadly no longer in production, we got together with our pals at Top Rope brewing to pay homage to a truly unique beer. Brewed with a blend of wheat and barley malts, fermented with a German Witbier yeast, and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for an orangey citrus aroma which plays alongside notes of banana and cloves from the yeast.
