This multi-layered cider includes local, Greenwich grown Ribston Pippin apples (an heirloom cider jam-packed with complex, bright flavours), Nelson Sauvin Hops (contributing some tropical and citrus flavours along with a subtle hop bite), and crushed Seyval grapes from Lost Bell. Punchy complex citrus flavours with some tropical fruit, and a nice sweet/sour balance, with that terpeney hop on the finish.
