TIPA with a malt base of Extra Pale Pils malt to give an inviting light golden yellow colour. Big orangey notes from a heavy dry hopping with Amarillo are complemented by peach, grapefruit, melon, pineapple and pear notes given by Citra and Galaxy. Slightly piney undertones with a hint of passion fruit as a result of lots of Simcoe on the hot side make this a complex yet approachable TIPA.
