What happens when you get two brewers in a room together and let them plan a beer?A 7+% IPA of course!A few weeks ago our friends from KAIJU Beer packed into the Monstermobile and drove all the way from Dandy South to the home of Hargreaves in the Yarra Valley.As expected they packed the car full of hops for their signature touch but to make things a little special we packed some sugar eating enzyme in our lunchbox to really spice things up.Together we created "DAY OF THE TENTACLE BRUT IPA"
