We joined forces with our East Austin amigos at Oddwood Brewing to supply y’all with a historically crushable Pilsner. We settled on the traditional trio of Magnum, Sterling, and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops layered on a Weyermann Pilsner malt base. We’re pouring up balanced notes of effervescent citrus, complex spice, and the quintessential herbal character that we search for in a pilsner.
