We contacted a local South Australian coffee roaster called b3 who kept Ewan caffeinated while living in the area. Their coffee has always been really clean and consistent, which is a value shared at Mismatch Brewing.Flat whites are commonly consumed by our brewers and when we got the opportunity to brew a beer for the IBA group with Coffee in the mix, we couldn't wait to combine our 2 favorite beverages.The idea behind this beer is to be extremely well balanced, a smooth coffee character followed by a creamy, sweet palate. The 6% abv will be non-existent as you sip through the beer and the caffeine will give you that little lift you needed to finish off your day with.Coffee + Beer = what could be better?
