Smoked imperial stout aged on maple syrup - Hugely complex smoked stout brewed with 10 different malts and hopped with Challenger and Bramling Cross. Fermented with a custom made blend of rustic and ester heavy strains of yeast. Aged on 80kg of this season's organic maple syrup sourced direct from Nova Scotia. One off version aged in a Jamaican rum barrel that previously held a barleywine
