Hygge is a collaborative beer project that we crafted in partnership with the talented brewers at Deya Brewing Company in the UK. Our goal for this beer was to create something delicate and easy-drinking, while also adding a unique twist to the typical amber ale. The malt base predominantly features UK pale malt, complemented by Norwegian Vienna malt and a touch of specialty colored malts. We then hopped the beer with UK Bramling Cross hops during the kettle and whirlpool stages, and added Mosaic hops in the dry hop. Cheers!"
