Anomalous: Nelson

Anomalous is a Mixed culture Brett pale blended from four different beers. It was brewed using local Pilsner, Wheat, and Honey Malt and fermented with multiple Brett strains and one of our house cultures before going into neutral oak for many months. Hopped in the whirlpool with Cascade and citra then dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin this beer showcases aromas of sweet fruit, red gooseberry and overripe stonefruit with light acidity.
