Notes de la brasserie: Au nez, on retrouve donc un pêle mêle de fruits exotiques avec une touche de vin blanc. En bouche la texture est bien onctueuse. Les agrumes dominent avec de la lime et du pamplemousse, suivie par de la goyave et de litchi, et finalement on retrouve un peu de groseille, de raisin vert et de vin blanc. La finale est plutôt sèche, avec une amertume moyenne. L'intensité aromatique persiste longuement.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose, we find a mix of exotic fruits with a touch of white wine. The texture is very creamy. Citrus fruits dominate with lime and grapefruit, followed by guava and lychee, and finally we find a little redcurrant, green grape and white wine. The finish is rather dry, with medium bitterness. The aromatic intensity persists for a long time.
