Deer, fox, cats, turkeys, vultures and lots of flying insects. These are some of the creatures we witness In the Clearing (behind the brewery). In honor of our wild friends, we offer In the Clearing, a nice juicy IPA hopped with New Zealand Taiheke and Motueka, with notes of orange flesh and pineapple pie crust. Have a drink and toast to the creatures with whom we share this Earth!
