Barrel-aged Scottish farmhouse ale finished with foraged gorse flowers.Mixed culture pale ale primary fermented in oak with kveik yeast before refermentation with lactobacillus and foraged gorse from the Glen Fyne hillside.Soft botanical and coconht aromas give way to gentle sourness and salinity before a soft finish with a hint of vanilla.
