PECAN PIE IMPERIAL PASTRY AMBER ALE ?It's like a dessert in a glass! On the nose are explosive notes of sugary butterscotch and toasted pecans, with a rich, sweet malt backbone.The malt comes through strong on the palate, and a light hop bitterness is perceptible, but quickly overtaken by flavours of fresh pecan pie. Some warming alcohol, but very well balanced for its ABV. The finish is very long and sweet.This one is brewed with Butterscotch natural flavors and Pecan natural flavors (which removes the typical allergens associated with pecans)
