We don't mince words when it comes to favorite childhood movie hop-inspired pun-named beers, and Big Trouble In Little Citra is no different. Big Trouble In Little Citra shakes the pillars of heaven by dropping in a heaping pile of Citra hops and a six demon bag of Nectaron into an already velvety and juicy IPA. While the crazy amount of Citra we use provides thunderous notes of fresh-squeezed orange juice, ripe mango, lemon drops, and bright citrus zest, the addition of Nectaron brings order out of chaos, dropping secondary notes of dried nectarines, gooseberries, peach candies, and pineapple spears. After a couple of days on those hops, we chill Big Trouble, then send it through the centrifuge with crackerjack timing to preserve aromas that are so intense you'd think you took a 1985 Freightliner to the nose. We're not sure if we'll make this one again, but we're certain of three things: the check is in the mail, it's all in the reflexes, and you were brought into this world to get it.Hops: Citra, Necatron
