Rosé - Triple Crown Blackberry (4/8/21)

Due to consumer interest at our downtown GlenwOod Springs Taproom, we've recently been playing around with aging beer on second use fruits. This is a batch of a mix of farmhouse ales aged on second use Hotchkiss, Colorado blackberries. It's like taking a time machine back to 2014 to see what the first fruit beers we made tasted like. It's super soft and almost strange to taste a fruit beer from us where the base beer actually slightly dominates the aroma. The blackberry is easily apparent and refreshing. A great drinker for sure.
