House Lager

Our first foray into brewing a lager! Plenty of bready and crispy notes from a solid pilsner malt backbone with a touch of Munich and Vienna to compliment. Hallertau Magnum in the kettle and on a gentle dry hop give a floral, herbal undertone throughout. Our House lager was lagered for 6 weeks at an ultra low temperature for a crisp and clean and finish.
