The Expat: Simcoe Amarillo

American Pale Ale using Belgian yeast, taking inspiration from the original recipe of ‘Fat Tire’ by New Belgian. We like to call this a ‘Winter Pale Ale’ with its light copper colour showing balanced malt body with caramel & biscuit characters coming through, along with tropical, citrus & floral notes from the hop profile of Simcoe & Amarillo.
