In Latin, mel means "honey" and fluere means "to flow”. Ode to the wonderful bees that work so hard pollinating our plants and providing us this amazing ingredient. Beautiful early season, floral Raglan honey, blended with tastey NZ pale malt thats complemented with homemade golden candy-inverted sugar and a hint of toasted coriander seeds. The ABV in one of these bad boys should give you a nice buzz. Best around 8°C.
