Malus 1860

A locally grown creation! We started with our 2018-19 season house Cider, Malus Seduction, fermented from a blend of apples from our friends at Weaver's Orchard. We then conditioned this cider for over 2 months on Chancellor Grape Pomace from the good folks at Manatawny Creek Winery. The result is a beautiful red-tinted tart cider with hints of red wine complexity. Thanks to our friendly Penna growers and makers for this one!
