Pouring a gorgeous pale peach colour, this is a sour ale brewed with native Australian plums.Kakadu plums are a rich source of vitamin C and have a tart green apple flavour, Davidson/Ooray plums are dark purple on the outside, a deep red on the inside and have a sharp, tangy acidity.These fruits both contribute their flavour, colour and acidity to this light and refreshing beer.
