A blend of two distinct saison recipes, one featuring malted rye, and the other featuring both spelt and buckwheat, The Long Conversation gives these specialty malts the space to shine. The result is a bigger, more boisterous, saison that rewards the attentive drinker. We offer this as a toast to present and future conversations shared together!
