Based off of the traditional Indian mango and yogurt drink, our April Cider of the Month is creamy, fruity, and lightly spiced. We added fresh mango puree and a hint a cardamom to our cider, along with lactose to enhance creaminess. The finished product is full-bodied, mango-forward, and a great way to ease into warmer days.
